This Privacy Notice is intended to describe the practices PassportForCelebration Inc. (“PFC”) follows in relation to the PassportForCelebration site (“Site”) with respect to the privacy of all individuals whose personal data is processed and/or stored on the Site.
First of all, please let PFC reassure you that PFC respects and observes relevant data privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union.
PFC is acting as data controller when processing your personal data. As the Site runs on cloud basis services,
Categories of personal data: The personal data you provide on the Site or via e-mail to the PFC team are the following: name, address, phone number, e-mail address, photos, media, event details (which may contain personal data, e.g. food preferences), other wedding related personal data.
PFC does not intentionally collect any sensitive personal data from you via the Site. The Site’s intention is not to process such information.
Legal title - your consent: PFC relies on the following basis to legitimize the processing of your personal data: your voluntary consent.
The personal data you expressly provided with the intention to be public may be displayed on your Site profile. Other data requested of you from the PFC team is only used by PFC team to assist you with your wedding experience.
In order to allow PFC to assist you in the best possible way, by registering on the Site, you voluntary consent to that PFC processes – as data controller - the availability data (mobile phone number, e-mail address) that you provided PFC with for the purposes to connect you, in case you are Traveler, with the relevant Couples as your possible future host(s), and, in case you are Couple, to Travelers, and you agree that we share with them or their representative such information.
Also, you hereby voluntary consent to that PFC uses any photos or media that you share with us (e.g. upload to the Site) in association with the Event and your PFC experience for direct marketing purposes, including uploading such content to public social media sites (such as Facebook, PassportForCelebration Site, etc). Before sharing any personal information with PFC, you are responsible to ask necessary permission of affected persons.
The provision of your personal data to PFC is optional. However, if you do not provide all or part of your personal data, we may be unable to carry out the purposes for processing.
Your voluntary consent may be withdrawn at any time, by deleting your registration on the Site. Of course, if you ask PFC in the future to remove any provided media, PFC will do so. You are kindly reminded that in case you withdraw your consent, PFC ceases to be in a position to further assist you as provided for on the Site. Certain data may be kept in case applicable law requires so or on the basis of legitimate interest, if applicable.
PFC reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in PFC’s sole discretion, violates any provision of PFC or any privacy regulation, including without limitation, removing the offending content from the Service, suspending or terminating the account of such violators and reporting you to the law enforcement authorities.
Data transfer: Your data may also be shared with contracted partners of PFC in connection with the performance of the wedding experience. However, PFC will not transfer your personal data to third parties (other than contracted parties referred above) unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. Should you not agree to any transfer of data for processing purposes, you may inform us on it in writing.
Data retention: Your personal data will be retained in compliance with privacy laws and regulations until you withdraw your consent or until you unregister on the Site. Your media content (e.g. photos) is an exception, which may be used longer, until you withdraw your consent, in which case, however, you shall reimburse the reasonable costs associated with your withdrawal. Your name and e-mail address will however be also retained following termination of our PFC relationship for a term of 2 years, based on our legitimate interest, for quality assurance purposes.
After the end of the data retention period, your personal data will be deleted.
Security: PFC is committed to making sure your personal data is secure. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, PFC has technical and organizational measures to safeguard and secure your personal data. All PFC personnel and third parties PFC engages to process your personal data are obliged to respect your data’s confidentiality.
Your rights: Please note that you are legally entitled to request details of PFC’s personal data about you.
To confirm whether your personal data is processed on the Site or to access your personal data on the Site, contact your usual PFC representative or email your request to contact@PassportForCelebration.com.

You can confirm your personal data is accurate and current. You can request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or a readily portable copy of your personal data by contacting your usual PFC representative or by sending an e-mail to contact@PassportForCelebration.com.
If you are concerned about an alleged breach of privacy law or any other regulation, contact PFC team via email at contact@PassportForCelebration.com or via your usual PFC representative. PFC will investigate your complaint and provide information about how it will be handled and resolved.
